Chapter Eleven

Adrian’s POV

I’m currently lying down in one of the hospital’s beds close to my precious mate, she lost a lot of blood and I’m currently transferring mine to her. I was so surprised that my blood matched hers. The doctor hasn’t been able to know what’s wrong with Keisha but she has been able to keep her stable.

“Alpha, can you follow me to my office? I think I found something in her blood,” the doctor said, "okay after you I slowly got up from the bed, feeling a bit dizzy from the blood transfer. I follow the doctor to her office, my mind racing with worry for Keisha. What could be wrong with her? I can't bear the thought of losing her.

Once we're in her office, the doctor pulls up Keisha's blood test results on her computer. I try to follow along, but the medical jargon is beyond me.

"Alpha, it seems that Keisha has some sort of genetic mutation in her blood. It's unlike anything I've ever seen before," the doctor says, looking at me with a mix of curiosity and concern.

"What doe
