Wesly

Early Friday morning our mates walk us to the garage. Both have tears in their eyes. I am having second thoughts about not being honest with my parents. Alpha Wyatt would not have let me leave without him, though, and I know it. Not that I don't think he could handle himself, he and his wolf, Jaxs, have always been a powerful force. The idea of him not returning to my mother because of me was a thought I couldn't tolerate.

I take Bella's face into my hands and kiss her softly. "All will be worth it," I tell her, hoping I am right.

We leave them arm in arm as they watch after us. " You can still change your mind, Jake," I tell him with my hands locked on the steering wheel and my eyes locked on the windshield.

"Drive Alpha." He replies with a deep breath.

The next half an hour is silent. I suppose there isn't much left to say. I can see his eyes going black every once in a while. Bella has been poking in on me, too.
