Benjamin’s house echoed with roars of loud cries. So loud and hysterical that if someone was to pass by, they would be greatly disturbed by the sound of the person’s expression of pain.

The house was dark, a depressing dark that sent shivers down the spine. Inside, the cries seemed louder and they led to Benjamin and Melody’s bedroom.

Inside, the twins sat on Benjamin and Melody’s bed and held them in their arms. Giovanni held Benjamin, while Genesis held Melody. They both bawled and screamed until their voices strained and turn hoarse. Their eyes turned a bright shade of ember yellow and their faces turned red.

Their clothes and faces were covered in tears and blood as they held the people that they saw as second parents closer to them, gently rocking as they continued to cry in disbelief.

This was so unreal to them, they couldn’t believe it because a few hours ago they were alive, they were fine, and now they were dead. Maybe it would’ve been different if they had stayed as Melo
