Night had fallen over Queensland and it seemed peaceful. The night was beginning to feel chilly and the wind blew harshly. Benjamin’s house was empty, the twins had gone home and Paul was still nowhere to be found, leaving Melody and Benjamin home alone.

The couple was getting ready for bed, Benjamin sat in his wheelchair staring out of the window as his nerves began to skyrocket. This night felt strange to him yet he felt destined for this night, and it struck fear in his heart.

Sighing shakingly, Benjamin turned around in his chair to find his wife laying sideways on their bed as she stared at him with love and care in her eyes, “How did I get so lucky,” she mumbled as Benjamin chuckled, “Shouldn’t I be the one staying that?” He asked as she shook her head before getting up from the bed.
