“Extend your fist this way to avoid hurting yourself.” I extend my fist to show Penelope what I want her to do. After a long bout of hot, sweaty sex, I pulled her from my bed and made her change into a sports bra and yoga shorts so that I could teach her how to fight and protect herself in case I need her to.
