Chapter 33: Pack Traitor

Nesta’s POV:

"Don't think that you are off the hook." He whispered in my ear from behind and I shuddered.

"We still need to talk." He said and this time I felt the lightest touch of his fingers against my back and he was gone, he was standing in front of me gazing at me with a cool detachment.

I sighed.

"Why did you call me here?" I asked him, giving my surroundings a quick searching look. We were on the terrace, he had asked me to come up to meet him, the night sky was cloudy and there was no wind stirring, making the weather humid.

"Ivan found out the owner of the number." He said and I stilled.

"When?" I whispered, excitement stirring up my energy.

"Last night."

"And you're telling me now?!" I exclaimed. He shrugged and looked over my shoulder and behind himself as if checking for any eavesdroppers.
