35 - An Outing To Never Forget

I couldn’t help but feel peace with myself after today’s events. I had finally told my clique about being Bane's mate. And, made friends with Beta Thomas even though I didn’t trust him.

He offered that we go grab some desserts at the mall and get to know each other. I accepted this offer myself because so far I haven’t had any time to go out with Britney or the rest of the clique.

Here were we now, about to enter one of the cars outside. If anything, the cars in this pack were well polished and also looked so sleek and rich.

“Now, what?” I asked, as we stood outside the garage.

“We choose,” he said, referring to the car. Placing his hand on his chin, he said,

“Uhm… This!” he said, after scanning the whole place for a car. The car he chose was an orange sport car. From how it appeared, it looked so expensive from how it was sculpted.

“Ok,” I stiffly said, hopping in. He did the same too.

The drive to the mall was longer than I expected. It definitely had something to do with Bane's pack
