Chapter Six

Alexis's POV;

I just let my tears flow because keeping them in just kill me. Christina teased me on a daily basis but this year I think she'll kill me with all these little visits in the cafeteria.

"Why do you always keep quiet? Whu don't you ever stand up for yourself?" A familiar husky voice asked.

I raised my head to see who it was but my eyes only met a paragon male fitness which was Kyle watching me from far. I didn't know what to say so I return to my previous position faced down and left my ponytail swinging.

"Aren't you gonna talk to me?" He asked again but I still didn't  respond.

"Fine, whatever don't talk, I don't even know why I even came out here." He said through a gritted teeth and stormed off.

Is he mad?

The intensity of my tears greatly increased, not because of Christina but because of Kyle. I don't know what happens to me when he talks to me, I just freeze and either mumble in my words or  stay mute.

Suddenly I began to hear footsteps, as if they were walking towards me, it got louder. I raised my head and saw Jazz heading towards my location.  Immediately she reached the bench, I fall into arms in tears.

"What happened? This isn't your Christina cry because I know whenever Christina does something to you, you're quick to let go but this is different. You've been out for over five minutes, you should be fine now." Jasmin thought out loud.

"Is  this about a boy?" Jasmin questioned when stroking my hair soothingly and I nodded.

She wiped my tears away and lifted my face up to meet her brown eyes. Her face turned bright with excitement.

"Who is he? Do I know him? Does he school here? Answers, I need answers!" She squealed excitedly.

"I don't wanna tell you yet, you'll just laugh at me." I replied with a pout and her smile froze before it turned into a glare.

It's not that I don't trust her, I trust Jasmin with my life but the truth is that I really don't want anyone to know anything yet. She bi can avoid embarrassment.

"I wont. But fine, if you don't want to tell me yet, I won't push." She surrendered.

But knowing Jasmin, she'd just ask me about it later.

"Jazz," I called to her and she answered with a hmm.

"You were gonna tell me something last night but you didn't, what was it?" I asked and now it was Jasmin's turn to get nervous.

She ran her hand through her black hair before she sighs.

"Well okay remember there was a party during the summer hosted by Dylan?" I nod my head  in confirmation she continued.

"At the party I saw this guy I have always had a crush on and since he didn't have Christina lingering around him I saw it as an opportunity to get close to him. I already had a plan. I had just one shot of tequila and afterwards pretended to be drunk. The dude totally bought it and tried to help me upstairs to one of the bedrooms, Immediately he closed the door behind him, I decided to make my move and I kissed him as hard as I could. He pulled away and looked confused but after looking into my eyes he was able to tell I wasn't drunk. He smirked before he led me to the bed where we began making out. He was just about to take off my top when Caitlin saw us, she took a picture of us and sent it to everyone."

"Where was I when all these drama were unfolding?" I complained.

"I wasn't even done with my story yet?!" Jasmin retorted and I kept quiet.

" When he slid his hand into my top, the door opened and it was revealed to be Caitlin. She took a picture of us and send it to everyone in school. That was really messy but underneath it all I was glad I kissed him."

"And who is he?" I ask curiously.

"Okay I'll tell you but not now, and regarding your boy problems I think you should change up your style a little." Jazz replied.

"Do you think so?" I asked and she nods.

" You girls are clowns, you both sat here for the last period." Andy's voice interrupted us and brought me back to reality.

I looked down at my watch and saw that there were no more classes for the day, Jazz and I just missed classes. Not one, not two, but three!

"Calm down my nerdy best friend, you only missed a couple of classes not the last day of sales at a mall!" Jazz tried to make the situation better.

"Jasmin, we just missed classes!" I yelled loud enough for her to sink it in.

I feel so weird, this is the first time I had ever missed a class. I got up from the wooden bench suddenly, causing  both Andy and Jasmine to look at me.

Andy chuckled, "There's no need to go back because school is over!" Emphasising on the over.

I stood there shocked for a little bit, my perfect attendance record will have a stain.

Oh no!

I've been gathering my perfect attendance records for the university I'd apply for, but now it's ruined!

It's all because of Christina! If she hadn't tried to humiliate me, I wouldn't be in this predicament right now.

Stupid Christina! Stupid lunch! Stupid C three.
