Chapter Nine

“i’m sorry I already threw your old clothes out, they were filthy and torn I didn’t think you’d need them anymore.”

I sighed. “it’s okay, I guess it was for the better.” At least I won’t have it around to remind me of Gary or that cursed day and what happened, it’s time for me to move on and forget about the life I had in Little Rock, i’m sure May and Liam would understand. “i brought you some of my daughter's clothes to use for now, she’s about your age and size if i’m not mistaken.” Betsy said and i was sceptical but she simply waved me off. “don’t worry, Cherry was happy for you to have them. Besides she doesn't wear them any more.”
