The man hadn't said a word for about a few seconds. Rory was standing next to Eren with her head bowed, and he was staring at her.

"Father." The youngest son of Mr. Khan, Peter, who was older than Eren in age, leaned close to his father. "Question him regarding the hospital." He said.

"Is she a new maid?" Instead, Mr. Khan had questioned while pointing and glancing at Jessie. "The last time I came here, I didn't see her. What became of your previous one?" He asked.

Eren raised his brows. "Why are you here, Uncle?" After asking, he laughed. "I am aware that it is not about breakfast. What do you really want?"

"Father came here to..."

"Once breakfast is finished, I'll tell him myself." Mr. Khan spoke without allowing his younger son to finish.
