Steph heard a knock on the door, she stood from where she was sitting on the couch. She didn’t even ask who it was, because she just assumed it was Mia since she had just stepped out for work.

She opened the door and realized that it was Oliver, she wasn’t expecting it to be him.

“Hey Oliver,” she said and when she looked down at his hands, she realized he was holding a bouquet of flower.

He handed it over to her and she smiled.

“I just wanted to drop this and also this,” he said giving her a small gift back.

“Come in,” Steph said.

“I have somewhere to get to this morning, maybe I will come back after,” he said.

“That’s fine,” Steph said.

“What about Mia, is she in?” He asked.

“No, she just left for work,” Steph replied.

“Alright, see you later,” Oliver said and Steph locked the door behind him.

Mia was still sitting in her car outside her apartment. She was making some calls to clients and hadn’t drove to work.
