"Fuck," I cursed, pacing back and forth in my room as I waited for Naomi to call me to go to the church.

Matthew glanced at me and chuckled loudly.

"Why are you so nervous?" Matthew asked. "I thought you've been waiting for this for such a long time?"

"That's why I'm so nervous," I said. "It's been so fucking long since I've wanted this."

"Then you should be more excited," he said. "You should save your nervousness for when the two of you get a divorce or something."

I glared at him.

"Douche," I said. "Just imagine marrying the girl of your dreams. Imagine marrying Skye."

"Oh, shit," he cursed. "You're right. I'm nervous just thinking about it.”

"Don't bring up the topic about divorce again," I said.
