After Gale left with Darcy and John followed suit their body guards covered up for them and warned them not to follow their boss and at first the other party politely turned around and was about to leave but suddenly their boss attacked them and tried to punch Gale's bodyguard who was standing close to him but the bodyguard was well trained in martial arts so he defended himself tactfully and subdued him and in the process, the flower vase and antique kept on display fell down and broke.

And looking at how the bodyguards defeated their boss the men got scared and silently carried their boss away not wanting to create any more trouble.
