After getting the call from Bryan, my father's Beta, I couldn't hold out anymore. Annabella and I dropped everything we were doing and headed to our private plane.

It's been two years, two years since we've been back to the blue Range pack. We never got to go for Christmas or Thanksgiving, mainly because I wanted to spend it with Annabella alone.

It was our first Christmas together, and I didn't. Want to take her back to that place, for wolf knows what could have happened.

“We will arrive shortly, sir.”

The pilot says as we settle in, Annabella is sitting next to me in her same oversized clothes and easy hair. Her head bobbed back and forth as she was asleep when the call came through.

Aaron talks to the pilot once more before we leave and then sits opposite me. Taking the laptop from the bag, he opens it and hands it to me.
