“Are you enjoying the dinner, Ms. Aspen?” Richard’s father asked and she nodded her head, no words could form in her mouth.

“She must be enjoying, dad.” Richard intercepted and Aspen was really grateful for it. She sent a smile at him and he nodded his head as he kept eating his food. Daisy noticed this action and hissed out.

“Richy.” She called him the nickname she sort for him after they met for the first time, even though she was being clingy like it was not the first time they were meeting. It still made him feel like not even looking her way. But what can he do? Having a father like his was one of the things he could say he regretted having but he was grateful. His father knew business strategies. And he was keen on learning on.

“Hmm.” He hummed as he stretched his hands to pick a beef.

“You know my father’s birthday is coming in some weeks, make sure you are available.” She said in her forceful tiny voice.
