Chapter 7 - going out
After spending a little longer on the beach Rowan decided it was time for her to head home. She was pretty tired by now so the main thing on her mind was her bed.
The walk back was pretty normal to begin with but it soon took a turn. A sound of a stick breaking nearby was the first thing that caught her attention. She stopped in her tracks, glancing around to see what could've caused the sound.
There was nothing, no sign of any movement but Rowan knew there was something out there. It could've just been an animal but it left her feeling paranoid. Her mind screamed at her to move, that this wasn't an animal and it wasn't Sky coming back, this was something else- someone else.

The Clash Chapter 8 - a few new faces
Toby was pacing. He was stressed. Not only did they need to find Leo they also had discovered an unidentified person in the forest. The stranger could be one of Jon's men out searching for Leo or they could just be some poor traveller who found themselves in the wrong forest and the wrong time. Until they could figure out which one the person was they'd all be on high alert. The Clash Chapter 9 - talking
Rowan was up early once again. Both boys were still asleep, probably exhausted. Miles because of all the travelling and Leo since he pushed his shoulder pretty far yesterday. She sympathised with the both of them and decided to let them sleep in. She decided she'd go check on Lamarie and Rika, there hadn't been any recent war movements so she was pretty curious on what was happening. She prepared some food for Leo and Miles just in case they woke up while she was out. She wrote a small note, leaving it by the food explaining where she'd gone and that she planned to take them all somewhere once she returned. Even with how long Leo had been here, she hadn't actually gotten to know him that well and with Miles' arrival she wanted the three of them to get on. Miles needed that.
The Clash Chapter 10 - fun and a touch of love
The atmosphere in the room had changed, if it was tense before, Toby had no idea what to call it now. Deadly maybe.No one said a word as the silence dragged out unbearably long. Caleb and Toby were waiting for Jon's next move, after all they were the ones who had pissed him off. Well Toby had."All we want to know is why did you involve Katra-" Caleb cleared his throat awkwardly, trying to keep the conversation going "-and how they plan to get involved" he finished, regaining his calm composure as he stared Jon down."Katra is an ally of mine, so of course I would involve them in any conflict Rika was in. The Katrian leader asked to get involved, they seem very...interested in your land" Jon said, at first he seemed like he was genuinely answering their question.
The Clash Chapter 11 - its all just begun
"I can't believe I'd never been to that place before!" Leo spoke loudly, throwing his hands up in the air in an animated manner. That was a new thing she'd learnt about Leo, when he was happy and excited he'd use hand gestures or well gestures in general to help him describe what he was talking about. She had had to dodge his hands a few times as he threw them out quickly in excitement. "Same" she responded, holding back her laughter as he skipped a head to go jump on Miles. He didn't actually jump on him, more like pretended he would, which caught Miles off guard causing the both of them to trip over and have to catch themselves. "You idiot" Miles hissed, pushing Leo away from him as he began to become overly affectionate.

Rowan heard the bang before she could even see who caused it. But as her eyes searched frantically near the front gate to see if she could spot an offender.She saw no one. Her mind instantly reminded her of earlier when someone was messing by the gate. Whoever it was they had obviously set some type of device that would blow up and start a fire.For explosive damage, there didn't seem to be any. So at least it wasn't a bomb. Rowan collapsed onto her back with a huff. Sky glanced over at her to see what she was doing and laughed slightly seeing Rowan laying down."Are you tired?" Sky asked as she let out a yawn. Rowan nodded her head, her eyes shut."You should probably head off for the night then, I'll see you tomorrow night" Sky laughed out as she stood up, waiting for Rowan to open her eyes to wave goodbye before she walked away, not giving Rowan the chance to protest her leaving.Rude. Leo was pacing holes in the sand, it was giving Rowan a headache. Just watching him go back and forth- back and forth. It was pretty tiring. Toby had been thinking about it non-stop but had finally come to a decision.He had to tell Caleb.After he had come back with Marcel it was meant to be a fun and happy time explaining to the others what they had done.
