Chapter 7

"The other day, Jack and I caught Alex stalking us," I said as I grabbed a beer from the cooler next to Lucifer, who was reloading his clip. He looked at me with anticipation, signaling for me to continue, so I explained JJ, the tank, and how Jack had watched Alex sleeping the other night. When I brought up Jack he started laughing, and I joined him after a while because it was pretty funny, a bit later we both calmed down and I finished the story. He honestly didn't seem that phased, he looked me up and down and shook his head chuckling.
