The sound of the running engine finally going quiet made me let out a relieved sigh as I held unto Silas arm before carefully hopping off the back seat and releasing my tight hold on his biceps.
He pulled the head helmet off his head and threw it in the air twice while making them twirl in the air before coming down into his outstretched palms before turning sideways to give me a cocky look.
"So, how was the ride?"
"Horrible. You were going too fast and didn't even consider the fact that I might fall off each time you take a u - turn or a curve." I paused to take in deep breaths as I tried unbuckling the stupid head helmet still pressing down on my curls.
"It was horrible." I finally managed to unbuckle the head helmet, pulling it away from my head carefully to avoid my wig from following suit before stretching my hand out with the head helmet clutched in it.
"Here's your head helmet."
