‘’ Are you alright Rain?’’ he asked, his voice was cracking up.
He panted hard, and was taking deep breaths as well. His grip was tighter around her waist.
He held her near his chest, she was able to hear his heart beating faster than ever.
She was wrapped by his warmth, feeling secured.‘’ Rain?’’ he called again.
‘’ Yes…I’m fine….thanks for protecting me. I was feeling scared.’’
He heaved a sigh. And held her even more tightly than before.
‘’ I will protect you from these fiends. Come at me,’’ he yelled taking out his sharp claws, showing them.
He held her in his arms and jumped up and down fighting them.
Even though he was in his wolf form, fighting against all of those hunters and the wolves, were proving hard to him as he was getting exhausted from dodging also.
‘’ Hey, why are these people after you though?’’ he asked while fighting.
Rain gave no answer to his question.
