  Becky was so angry inside. She just didn't understand why her life had to be so hard all of the time. She didn't see why her mother had to die or why she was basically hidden away after she had survived. She just couldn't wrap her mind around any of it, especially the part that made her such a dirty little family secret. 

  "Calm down my child," the queen said to her as she stretched her hand out to take Becky's hand in hers. Becky didn't respond to her great grandmother.
