Joy Goes Home

  It had been two weeks since the funeral for Mister, Pearl, and Queen Esmeralda. Caine and the others had stood guard over, and reorganized everything. It had all been running like a well oiled machine, except for the fact that nobody had seen Justin the whole time. It was the common assumption that he had just left after Pearl's death. Caine had people search for him, but there was no trace of him anywhere, so he assumed what everyone else did, and they gave up. Joy had appointed a new head chef under the advisement of Kate and Sadie and everyone just moved on.

  It had actually been a completely blissful two weeks for everyone, it almost felt like a real vacation. They spent a lot of time together and made a ton of great memories.
