Adelaide and I strolled outside through the neatly trimmed grasses that complimented the gigantic palace building of the Shadow Pack house. I sucked in a breath and adjusted the corset fastened around my waist. I wasn't accustomed to this royal lifestyle yet. It was quite different from my blissful life at the Blackmoon Pack—before things went wrong.

We hadn't stepped out of the Pack's palace house yet, but it felt like we had. The surrounding was broad and spacious. Asides the gate that led directly from the estate to the pack's palace house, there was another gate meters away that led to the pack's business place. It was twenty times broader than the surrounding of the pack house. There, the pack members engaged in different business activities.

Amongst the buildings present, I recognized a study house, a central hall for public event, grocery stores, a bakery, supermarkets, stationary houses, an inn, a tavern, public library, and restaurants.
