Chapter 10

Kenshi frowns but the corners of his mouth were curved up. "You do not even know where I am headed."

"But I know I won't stay in bed to sleep anymore. I've had my rest. I promise, I will keep up with you!"

It took a while of just staring at each other until Kenshi nods his head that made her smile. She immediately hopped over the window. And outside, she rubs both her arms because it was darn cold.

"How is it not cold inside but it's so cold out?" She asked, her lips trembling. "It's so cold!"

Out of nowhere, Kenshi moved closer to her. He took off a layer of clothing he has and put it around her. As he did that, her wide eyes pierced at his face. And when he step back, she met his eyes.

"That is not a lot of help but it should warm you enough."
