Chapter Fifty Three

The soothing background music played in the dimly lit Hall. The waiters were walking about offering drinks to the formally dressed guests. A man who was silently listening to his wife's comments as she stared at some people on the dancefloor stopped a waiter and took a glass of wine. He held her wait protectively when another man and his partner walked towards them. A lot of people actually approached them in attempt to kiss him up but he shooed them when they stared excessively at his wife.

The man who was approaching them had his hair styled neatly and was wearing a tuxedo. His partner was a tall elegant lady whose hair was flowing gracefully behind her. She wore a short light pink gown exuding youthfulness and innocence.

“Quinn Winters!” He said extending his hand for an handshake. The main gazed at his hand then back at his face. He nodded, receiving his handshake. “ You already know who I am. I won't go through that formality. ”
