Chapter 44
“Good evening! My name is Hannah, I will be your waitress today. What can I get you to start of with?” The waitress said looking between us
“Please get us the bottle of Chateau Lafite Rothschild and two waters.”
The waitress halted for a second, “Yes, sir” and walked off. I know how expensive that bottle is but I was gifted it years ago and have been saving it for the first date I had with my mate.
I changed the subject before she could even comment. “Decide what you want to eat?”
“Hmm, yeah. I think I will get the Cacio E P**e and add shrimp”
“Good choice!”
Just then the waitress arrived with the wine, uncorked it and filled out glasses and set the bottle off to the side of the table. “Are you ready to order?” She asked
Nina looked at me, “Yes, we would both like the Cacio E P**e and add shrimp to it please” I said for us.
“Yes, sir. I will get that in for you.”
Nina looked at me and I saw her raise an eyebrow

Nina POV My head was throbbing and my body ached all over. What happened to me? Everything was pitch black and all I could smell was dirt, blood and sweat. I tried moving my arms and legs. I realized they were tied up with something. The clink I heard told me it was a chain. It was wrapped around my neck, down my back, wrapped around my wrist and down to my ankles. It was hard to tell if it was days or nights here. All I could gauge was when a new girl would come to bring me food, water and empty my waste bucket. I tried to ask questions but I never got a response. Raven had successfully healed me. I knew I was losing weight as I got the tiniest portions of the same slop I got every day. I was starting to get very angry with being stuck inside here. I hadn’t heard from that mystery man again. I hadn’t seen or heard why I was even taken in the first place. This is all bullshit! There is something poking into my back. As I lifted my hand to scratch me back, I suddenly got jerked awake as I about fell out of the tree. Oh yeah, stuck in this damn tree. I listened to the forest around me. I can hear their snore, the birds chirping and squirrels scampering up and down the trees. “Trevor?” I asked quietly completely shocked. What the hell? “You know him?” Clint asked I didn’t even bother answering him as I was still completely shocked. Trevor and two other guys walked up to me. He looked me up and down and then bear hugged me. His arms were so tight around me, my face was smooshed against his chest. I let out a whimper, my eyes were watery but I managed to keep it together. At this point, he was holding me up. It felt like everything came crashing down on me. All the emotional stuff I kept hidden because of my situation hit me like a tidal wave. I really wanted to try that force thing. As we walked, I kept thinking about doing it on command. When it happened before, I was angry and didn’t realize what I was doing. I remember I just needed space or wanted Wyatt to get away from me. Visualizing a force being pushed forward did not work. I tried pushing my hands forward which only resulted in the electricity to blast a tree and splinters went flying! I was only able to eat about half of the burger. My stomach was used to eating mush and a greasy burger was not ideal but it was food. I did feel better and the water helped rehydrate me. I peeked out from behind the trees. There was no less than ten armored black SUV looking vehicles. The windows were so tinted, you couldn’t even see into them, not even a shadow.
