Aryan and his dumb men

Minutes later after the doctor left the ward, Aurelio just got back into the ward from the doctor's office.

Erica was seated on the bed with her face straight at him.

 "So what did you go to do?" His mom asked him immediately.

He gave a side at Erica and replied his mom "Nothing much, just went to ask for some advice or something from him. I mean, there's definitely a way I can support Erica till she gets better completely" he replied

"Alright then, that's lovely" she replied.

"He's becoming a man" his father added

"When will you say I am a man Dad?" Aurelio asked with a low laugh.

Everyone in the ward laughed out for sometime, and after seconds...

Erica spoke up,

 "So where's Mr James now?" She asked

"That Man, he is in the ward too" Aurelio replied immediately..

"Oh..." She mouthed

"Honey, you should not feel sorry for him okay? He's getting what he deserves, next time..he would train his daughter no matter the choice of life she decides to make" Mr Bertram said

" As long as it's a good one" Mrs Bertram added as she pointed at her husband

"Yeah sure" he replied.

 "Thanks Lola, thanks papito" Erica said to them from her heart with a smile on her face.

"Oh c'mon, don't mention" Mr Bertram chuckled.

 Few minutes later, after their pretty long conversation, the Doctor walked into the ward with a nurse

 Erica turned her face to him with an expectant look on her face.

"You are discharged now" he said to her with a smile

"Well, it's good you have the type of body you have, very fast at everything" he said to her and she laughed lowly with Aurelio.

"Yeah I'm being serious, I never expected your recovery to be this quick, well you are okay now and Thanks be to God for that. Now you can leave and go home to rest, eat and all that with your man" he smiled and wiggled his brows at Aurelio.

Erica laughed out and nodded her head, "thanks again Doctor, I appreciate" she said to him

"Yeah thanks doctor" Aurelio said to him

"When it's due date, you would need to be coming over at least twice or once in a week for checkup and antenatal classes" he said to her

" Yes sure, Thanks" she replied and then he turned around to leave his office.

Mrs Bertram walked to Erica and hugged her " I feel so happy right now, you are discharged, and not just that..you'd be attending antenatal classes soon" she giggled.

  Minutes later,

Aurelio held Erica's hand and walked out of the ward. She walked slowly behind him down and made their way straight to the exit.

But while she kept looking around the ward, her eyes caught her so called mother seated on one the chairs with her head low.

The closer they got to her, Erica could hear her sob.

 Mr and Mrs Bertram stopped their steps seeing Erica was already staring at her.

"Darling" Mrs Bertram said lowly behind her as she encircled her hands slowly around Erica's shoulder.

Erica clenched her jaw and stared at the woman crying lowly beside her.

Just then, like Mrs James could feel their presence, she raised her head up to see Erica and her new family standing before her.

"You!!" She gnarled and got up from her seat to charge at them but one of Aurelio's men stretched his hands as a barricade stopping her from going closer to Erica nor Aurelio.

Aurelio stared at her with a blank expression and scoffed. "You..you wicked creatures" she said looking directly into Mrs Bertram eyes.

She scoffed at Mrs James, "you're wrong" Erica said to her

"What can you even say? Anything good? No!" Mrs James screamed

"You should not have called me then, had it been you didn't..you and your family would still be together" Erica replied calmly

"You brought this upon yourself, right from the start" she added and gestured Aurelio to leave which he did.

Aurelio and his family slowly and majestically walked out on her and was making their way out of the hospital.

"Your sister has been arrested and you're okay with it??!" Mrs James yelled from behind

"Don't be so heartless Erica" she added but Erica turned deaf eyes.

Not too long, just before they got to the door that would lead them out of the hospital, a phone call came in to Aurelio.

He stopped his steps and picked up his phone to see he was getting a call from Rowan.

"Rowan?" He paused as he wondered what could possibly be going on.

"Is everything okay son?" His father asked him

"Not so sure..let's see" Aurelio replied and answered the phone call 

"Hey Rowan what's up?" He asked as he tucked his left hand into his pocket..

"Where are you boss? I think something is going on outside the hospital" he replied

" Oh what's could that be?" He replied and turned to his father.

Mr Bertram was also wondering what was going on, he could tell by Aurelio's facial expression that nothing was fine anymore.

"There had been this black rolls Royce wraith vehicle waiting outside, since Aryan left with his men..that car hasn't left" he replied

"Are you saying it's one of Aryan's men?" Aurelio asked

" Definitely, he came with that car but left without it" he replied

"Okay then..keep close eyes on whosoever would be in that car" Aurelio replied and took his hands out of his pocket holding Erica by her hand and left the hospital.

"What's the problem?" His father asked him but he said nothing and stylishly looked around the park to see the car Rowan was referring to.

Indeed it was parked patiently waiting, a black rolls Royce wraith with tinted black windows.

He turned his face like he never saw it and replied "I've seen it, I don't want him to escape" Aurelio replied and walked to where his car was.

" Two of them already stepped out of the car, I think they're just two" Rowan replied.

He was also hiding in a black Maserati GranTurismo with some other men..

"Bring them to me .. Alive" he replied as he ended the call and turned to Erica giving her an assuring smile.

She said nothing but swallowed heavily and faked a smile.

"Aryan and his men..he left some behind to stalk me" Aurelio said to his dad

"And what are you gonna do about it?" His father replied

"Head home...allow him stalk me but he won't leave alive" he replied and opened the car door for Erica to step in 

His father got into his car with his wife and then their driver.

"Be careful" his mom said to him and then their car drove away.

Another phone call came in, from Rowan again 

Aurelio didn't hesitate, he answered the call immediately "And what's it now?"

"They returned into their car.. definitely waiting for you to take off" he said

"Good one.. follow right behind them" Aurelio replied and went into his car.

"Is everything okay?" Erica asked him worriedly

"Yeah honey, just about to play some games" he replied and ignite the engine as he slowly drove away.

He looked at his rear mirror and could see the car already began trailing him 

About few minutes later of driving on the long silent road,

He made a right turn to a close where he knows is very quiet and has less people around.

As expected, the car followed him too.

"Aryan's men are always dumb" he laughed lowly and just when he was satisfied, he pulled the car to a halt.

Erica turned to him, "stay here okay?" He said to her and stepped out of the car. Aurelio turned his back to look straight at the driver.

It was then Aryan's men realized he knew all along. Immediately the driver in the front seat pulled back the gear to reverse but saw Aurelio men were behind.

"F*ck! Why do you have to follow him?? Boss said know why he came to the hospital not to stalk him idiot!" The other one said

"Will you shut up? You never said anything until now!" He fired.

In the midst of their argument, Rowan and some other guys walked out of the car behind and went to their vehicle.

Now they were alerted, they picked up their pistols and rushed out of the car not waiting for Rowan or whosoever to get to them first.

"Nice try, but try again harder" Rowan said as he pointed the gun in his hands at the driver. Same as he pointed his gun too at Rowan.

"Then none of us would leave this place alive" he replied.

"Maybe you've forgotten there's another man here" Aurelio replied and took his gun out and without wasting time, he shot him straight at his knees and watched him yell loudly as he fell to the ground throwing the gun he had in his hands away.

The other of his colleague was about to run but Aurelio did same to him and saw him fall.

Rowan noticed the driver was about to reach for the gun by all means and then he stomped so hard on his fingers.

"Aryan and his dumb men" Aurelio clicked his tongue.
