Aurelio clenched his fist with anger clearly shown on his face.

His fist were clenched tightly and he glowered at Aryan before him.

“ Shouldn’t you be tired of glaring at me?” Aryan laughed and scoffed folding his hands as he pulled them to his chest.

“ Aryan, it really is good to see you, don’t you think showing up your ugly face is a bad idea. It should be a crime don’t you think?” Aurelio asked him and Aryan laughed out

“ Even if it is, it would not be my first time committing a crime and you know me too well Aurelio “ Aryan said and a guy beside him laughed at Aurelio getting him more pissed off.

“ Honestly if there’s anything I want to do now it would be to slap you, like a real good one” Aurelio said trying to hold his anger and then Aryan laughed out like a mad man clapping his hands.

Aurelio rolled his eyes finding nothing funny and then Aryan took slow steps to him.

“ You want to slap me?” he asked like he was and Aurelio rolled his eyes.

“ I would love to do that but don’t you know it would be animal abuse?” Aurelio asked him raising a brow at him with a smirk and Aryan laughed lowly before he stepped back.

“ I really love the way you talk Aurelio, but to me.. you’re still nothing!” he spat out at Aurelio.

“what do you think we should do to him?” Aurelio sighed lowly and a bodyguard beside Aurelio turned to him and Aryan laughed out.

“ I’m not a fool Aurelio, you are nothing.. a man without power, you’re empty!! “ Aryan busted out into laughter

“ Yeah, isn’t he daddy’s pet? “ one of Aryan men laughed and Aurelio frowned madly at them.

That’s true, even if he gives orders out, his men will call either his grandpa or his Dad for permission to carry out the order. Right now he feels useless.

“ I hope you get it now Aurelio, forget your background, you and I know so well your parents and Grandpa gave you no single authority, power, you are just living under their roof spending money the way you want to but see Aurelio… you’re still a kid” Aryan smirked at him hurting Aurelio with his every single word.

“ you’d regret saying this to me Aryan.. you can bet on it “ Aurelio scowled at him and tucked his hands into his pocket with a smile on his face trying to give Aryan the impression that ‘he doesn’t care about his words’

Aryan chuckled then turned his back at him.

“ Let’s see about it Aurelio Bertram” he replied and went back into his car putting on his dark Locs hardcore shades.

Aurelio stood there like an abandoned chicken, dumfounded even if he never wanted to show it.

Aryan had just said it all, all about him, no lies.

He is just a kid in his father’s house

” Sir, do you mind if we continue our drive to the headquarters?” One of his guard asked him.

Aurelio angrily turned to look at him and yelled out of control “ I don’t think I might even need you! Ugh!!” he yelled and went back into his car seating at the back seat with his jaws clenched.

He is definitely gonna see his dad and spill his mind out at him.

His guards and driver went back into the black Bentley flying spur to continue the drive with another of the same vehicle behind them driving to the Maynard headquarters.

About minutes later of driving,

The car made a slow turn through the broad black and silver gate of the mansion.

Aurelio was already boiling up in anger and couldn’t wait to get in to see his parents..

His dad had called him earlier before he arrived and he informed him that he was on his way and now he has arrived.

The car drove past the little maze and stopped at the main entrance, the front door.

Aurelio immediately stepped out of his car without waiting for a guard or whatever to help him.

He made his way in through the front door and immediately up the foyer.

Though he saw other men around, men in black suits and men with cold face.

They saw him and greeted immediately and then one of them walked to him.

“ Mr Aurelio it’s a pleasure to see you around again” he said to him

“what’s that supposed to mean?” Aurelio asked still angry and the guy jerked back

“ My goodness don’t get me wrong Sir, it’s just that we don’t see you around…” Ricardo, the head security said to him and he rolled his eyes.

“ still, your father is at the lobby” he added and Aurelio left without saying a single word.

He took his steps up the stairs till he walked past hallways and to the lobby room.

He stood before the door and opened it immediately without knocking.

And just then all eyes were turned to him “, Aurelio?” his dad called and he walked in

“ like seriously…what is really—” he paused his steps and squeezed his face sniffing in the atmosphere like a cat.

“ What’s that ugly smell and where is it coming from?” he asked no one in particular and turned to see an empty seat with blood all over it

“ Eww gross!!” Aurelio had this irritated look on his face immediately and he held his chest like he was about to puke.

“God!” his grandpa rolled his eyes and took off his black hat to cross his legs on his seat.

Aurelio waved his hands before his nose coughing out, it smells like the blood had been there since, a very dirty smell filled the room.

“ what’s with you?” Aurelio’s father asked him shaking his head and Aurelio glared at the empty seat.

One by one other men came out to clean the mess completely because he could not find the body.

“ What on earth did you guys do to the body!” he asked after he finally got himself and stood in akimbo.

“ Nothing much, just wanted the body to be completely useless..I brought the idea of baptizing it in acid.. really good isn’t it?” His grandfather asked him with a laugh and he shook his head.

“ There’s nothing you can’t do grandpa” Aurelio rolled his eyes and turned back to his father

“So..old man, where on earth did you go to? I left you at the company didn’t I?” his father asked him

“ Dad don’t eve go there…it feels like you both aren’t feeling anything for me” he replied and his dad turned to his grandpa and back at him laughing lowly.

“ Son..?” his dad raised his brows at him

“Grandson..?” his grandpa pouted his lips

“ what the fuck are you saying?” they asked him in unison and Aurelio slapped his forehead.

He hates when they go this way..

“ gosh..” he muttered and went to pour himself a glass of wine

“ You were busy with those slut right?” his grandpa asked

“Nah I wasn’t grandpa” he replied knowing he was lying

“ Hmmm weird” his dad said to him but Aurelio didn’t turn to look at them.

“Dad…can I ask for something?” he asked after taking a sip from his glass

“yeah you can” his dad replied and poured himself a glass of wine too

“ Before that..I met Aryan today” Aurelio said and turned back to look at them, their face turned to his immediately..shocked!

“Aryan? The chicken that was staying in New York?” his dad asked him

“ or you mean the idiot that almost broke your arm?” his grandpa replied

“ that doesn’t matter, whether he almost broke my arm or not, the thing is…you know I’ve always wanted to handle Aryan but you two won’t allow me, I’m getting tired of him dad!!” Aurelio shook his head irritatedly

“ oh..that” his grandpa rolled his eyes

“Grandpops! Oh c’mon, that shit was saying shit about me!” Aurelio groaned

“ Hope you told him SHIT too..?” he replied him and Aurelio groaned before he fell on the couch tiredly

“ What I’m saying is..you and dad knows you’re holding my progress, I just need that word from you guys ‘go ahead’ and that’s all” he replied

“You can take your men and the gun packages, the gun combos and all you need…what about that?” he added and his grandpa laughed out

“ You want to handle a gun? Or a clan?” he asked him and saw Aurelio nod his head.

“ You? Can you even shoot a bird?”

“ c’mon dad, Aurelio knows how to” Mr Bertram replied immediately and Aurelio smiled

“ With the way you almost puked out earlier”

“Oh c’mon grandpops!!” Aurelio cried out running his hands through his hair

“ I get your point grandson. You need power isn’t it?”

“exactly!!” Aurelio exclaimed

“ that’s good isn’t it Bertram?” his grandpa replied and saw Aurelio’s dad smile

“Really it is” Mr Bertram replied

“ Dear grandson, I will discuss this with your dad firstly” his grandpa replied him on a cool tone

“ what is there to be discussed!!”
