Valentina just got out of the shower and decided to dress for training. She brushed her wet hair and put it in a ponytail. Then she put on lotion, deodorant, and her underwear. She pulled on a white workout set that she got from her mom. Her mom always complained about the contents of her closet but also helped to contribute to the "problem." That reminded Valentina that she needed to call her mom so she decided that she would call her before she went to train with Alexander. So she walked to her bedside table and picked up her phone, going to the phone app and tapping on her mom's contact. Mrs. Sharpe answered immediately. "Oh my God, Val. Valentina felt really sick. The motorcycle was extremely fast and she had never planned on ever getting on one. For the rest of these two weeks, Alexander had been taking Valentina on daily dates, and they had also been having the usual awkward dinners with the king and Queen. They usually said little things to Valentina and to each other. But today would be the day that Valentina would start her Queen's training. She was still laying on her bed and she just got off the phone with her brother, Jamie. He was doing well and he told Valentina that their mom and dad were doing fine too. So she guessed that they were handling the change good enough. She heard a knock on her door and she already knew that it was not Alexander because she would be able to smell him by now. When Valentina got to their floor, she wanted nothing but to leave. In all the time that she and Alexander had spent together he had never once mentioned this. Two months laterThere had been multiple attacks against the palace since the night of the ball. The Queen had been a lot moodier and angry, and she barely spoke at dinner. Even when she did speak, it was always short and simple, almost as if she was counting the number of words she used. Alexander and Valentina had been spending less time together because he was always with the King trying to figure out who was behind those attacks. She hadn't seen that bitch Kayla in a long time, and when she asked Alexander he said he had her banished from the palace. Sarah and Nora were safe and the palace was always swarming with guards even to the point where it was really hard for Valentina to go on a run. Valentina was now back at the Palace. She and Alexander had enjoyed a nice lunch. But thinking about tonight's dinner was making her so nervous. She really couldn't fathom how quickly this was happening. She shoud have known because he was a fucking prince, after all. They had a schedule of their relationship and the way he was just okay with it was what Valentina didn't understand. She was walking back to her room to get changed because their lunch had lasted for almost two hours. After they finished with the "serious' talk, then they had started eating. Valentina felt a little dizzy after the lunch so they went inside and laid down together. It was a really calming experience and she had enjoyed it so much.That was usually the time when she felt like it was just she Alexander who were in charge of their lives, and not a schedule, trainings or attacks.
