I was excited for Alpha to start the random attacks on the guards that would be guarding the pack and the goal was to make sure they would get injured in a way that it would take them months to heal and recover before they return to position. Selena's POVSoon, it was dark and I and Lily were both waiting for Laisha to show up with the plan that she promised to bring by night time and it was already past dinner time which meant she was supposed to be on her way already. Selena’s POVIt felt like the days were moving even faster than they were and it wasn’t a bad thing for me, it only meant we were going to get our mission over with faster and Raymond was finally going to be out of the picture while the pack would be restored back to the way it was but a part of me was getting nervous and I knew it wasn’t like me. I was always the brave one who takes the first step and gets into most missions before thinking it through but now, I was getting scared before we even started anything and I knew just why.This time, I had someone to lose and I was scared of losing him. Selena’s POVI was excited and I couldn’t deny that but a part of me was still anxious and I knew it was because I hadn't seen Alpha yet to be sure that he was completely fine. I still couldn’t stop smiling though and it was because I knew that Alpha succeeded and didn't get hurt in the course of the attack.
