"Lara Bear" Nate whispered, his voice dripping with concern and worry and I swallowed down all my tears and memories. I was fine. I was ok. I was strong.
"I'm extremely sorry...I-I didn't know..I'm so sorry" Nate stumbled upon his words cupping my cheeks and I tried to ease his worries by giving him a fake smile.
"You have nothing to apologize for, I just got nervous, I'm fine," I said convincingly and Nate engulfed me in his bear hug for the second time, me hugging him back. I liked being hugged. It felt nice and warm.
"I'm so sorry Darlin, I shouldn't have shouted at you", I shook my head and paused his sentence.
"It's fine Nate, it's all fine," I said hopefully convincing him and shot him a genuine grin.

My classes went uneventfully, and because I had Elijah and Nate by my side I had a lot of fun. I was beyond happy and jolly! I never knew school could be this fun. My old school was equivalent to Satan's residence, I never had any friends and what you may call the 'outcast' of the school. I was even bullied!But this? This was heaven! I haven't felt this happy and laughed so much in ages. It felt nice to have fun. It took everything in me to not flinch at the boys standing in front of me in a line. I gulped and counted, holy chicken wings, they were six from what my eyes could see. Six! "She's dead?!" I blurted out and my eyes widen as I realized my mouth has, yet again, embarrassed. Great. I face palmed and peeked from my fingers to see Elijah looking back at me with a small smile and amusement dancing in his now light eyes."Yes, Angel I think that's what I meant, yeah" He nodded to himself teasing me and I blushed a little in embarrassment and hid my face with my hands."I'm sorry" I whispered twiddling my fingers nervously and pulled my bottom lip between my teeth."Don't worry your pretty little head about it Angel" He murmured in a low raspy voice and then he brought his hand freeing my lip out of my hold."And don't do that either" He whispered clenching his jaw and fists while I looked at him with a confused frown."Why?" I whispered back and pulled my lip between my teeth again, it is my lip he can't tell me what to do with my own lip.

I got dressed in my uniform tiredly while Elijah and Nate waited outside the bathroom doors. I was exhausted, that nightmare tired me out, all I wanted was to go back to that cloud-like bed and fall asleep.Clutching my head in pain, I leaned back on the door groaning quietly to myself. There was a tense and awkward silence after Clade said that, and since then Nate has been tense and rigid, Elijah clenching his fist again and again, with a scary calm look present on his face."Aw would you look at that, if I didn't know you better I'd almost thought you aren't very happy to see me", He teased, his eyes had a glint of amusement and mischievous in them. His voice held an undertone of anger despite his front of a silly bad boy. I know there was more to this whole act. I have seen it. I have witnessed it at the art class.Elijah stood up aggravated, his chair falling back from the force, and Nate pressed his lips down impressed and stood up as well. I felt awkward being the only one sitting when my friends were standing so I awkwardly stood up as well. Right now, they looked peaceful, happy, and calm so I decide not to ruin the mood and the vibe and just ask them both in the evening.
