Chapter 24: The Crooked Wizard

[POV: Silver Davis]

Even as April taught him everything she kept muttering, “He must really have come out from a cave.” Silver just pretended not to hear her mutters. Apparently everything she was teaching him as a common knowledge. By the time the tour was over she kept glancing at him with suspicious eyes. But in the end she shook her head and then sighed. They were back at Silver’s room. The first floor had three rooms with attached latrine/bathroom room. The ground floor had a kitchen and a hall. He gave her the spare key of the house and told her she could stay in the room next door. He was going to use the third room to potions.

Silver told her she could eat something frim the freezer which the generous landlord had left for him. He then went out of the door, down the stairs and of the house.
