CHAPTER 32

Ciara's POV

I looked up from the ceiling and sighed. I can't believe that I'm losing my best friend.

I can't even imagine that he chose to believe his girlfriend rather than me. Pero sabagay, sino ba naman ako sa buhay niya, diba? Sabi nga ni Julie that walang-wala ako sa kanya.

It's just that sad to know that I knew Julie was cheating on him pero hindi niya naman ako pinaniwalaan.

I got up from bed, took a bath, and fixed myself para maghanda papunta ng school. It was still quarter to seven in the morning pero nasa mood ako na pumasok ng maaga ngayon.

As I went downstairs, I was frozen to see both of my parents sitting in the dining room - mom is eating her breakfast and my dad is drinking coffee while reading something on his phone.

Hindi ko alam kung ano ang mararamdaman ko. I felt so alive seeing them both for how many years. I've felt so alone because I never saw them
