A thumping sound of something pulled me out from my sweet sleep. Opening my eyelids with great difficulty, I realized I was trapped between the strong cage of Rowan’s arms, reclining over his sturdy strong chest.
It was still early as the sky was painted red and a group of birds were presenting their music to this beautiful nature. I inhaled deeply, the smell of morning dew drops entered my lungs, intoxicating me.
But why am I sleeping outside? Maybe exhaustion made me sleep here, but why was he still sleeping with me in front of the cabin? Isn’t his alpha attitude going to get wounded by sleeping in the open like this?
