chapter 16: The east coast

Isaacs POV//

I wanted to go and talk to her, try to explain but before I could reach my door my phone buzzes.

" Marcus my friend , long time no see. How do I get the honor of your call?" I ask , happy to hear from my friend.

" Hello Isaacs, I'm sorry but this is not just a friendly call. We have huge problems here and I'm really sorry but I need you and your guys, like right now" he says with a sad voice. He sounds stressed and tired.

" I heard that the east coast is on fire, I saw the reports. I will gather a team together and will be on my way as soon as I can. Don't worry, I'm happy you called me" I say.

" Thank you my friend! Let me know when you moving out" he says reliefed.

" I will give you a call. See you soon." I hang up and mindlink Jacks, Felix and Sergej to meet me in my office ASAP.

" Should we risk and take the newbies with us? I have to admit they are rather good" Jacks suggested an hour into the meeting.

" Yeah, def
