Cunning Rose

Rose suddenly stopped Mary. 'Marry, could you get me a cup of tea? I need some tea to calm myself down,' she asked.

'O-oh, yes, of course, I'll make it for you, Mrs Rose' Even though Mary felt that it was unusual, she still carried out Rose's request.

Until then, the sound of footsteps could be heard coming from the hallway, which started to get closer to the room Rose and Mary were in. Mary felt she could be saved from Rose's cruelty. And Rose started to panic about the presence of people who would soon see their condition. But Rose's cunning made her quickly change the situation. She suddenly dropped the cup of tea in her hand until a loud shattering sound was heard. then followed by Rose suddenly dropping herself, as if someone had just been injured.

And right at that moment, Eric appeared and looked panicked at the condition of his wife who was pretending to be injured.

'ROSE!! What happened to you?!' Eric shouted very frantically as he ran towards Rose.

'What happened??'

'I don't know... I don't know, Eric. I drank the tea that Mary made, and I immediately felt dizzy and... my stomach hurt. Looks like the tea has hurt our baby, darling...'
