Chapter 88

Jennifer's POV

"Wake up, Little One. It's time to get ready for training," Lucien said. I looked up to see Lucien fully dressed and ready for the day. It was still dark outside, and I was tired, but without complaining, I got out of bed and headed to the bathroom to shower.

It was going to be a long day. It was Monday so after training I would have to go to school. Then, after school, Debra and I were supposed to shop for my dress for my Celebration of when I became the Werewolf Queen. I still couldn't believe that I was going to become Queen two Saturdays from now. I couldn't help but worry that I was going to suck at being Queen. Yes, I had already been acting as Queen, and everyone seemed to think I was doing a good job, but I was still nervous.

When I was done showering, I brushed my teeth and hair. Then, I tied my hair in a high ponytail and put on my workout gear: a black sports bra and tights. I made my way out of the bathroom to see Lucien and my bedroom empty. I exited our r
