Ada’s PovAda stood outside the front door, waiting for Ike to come home. Linda had called her about an hour ago that Ike was getting released from their custody. She had ordered Mrs. Okonkwo to make Ike’s favorite food for him. She couldn't wait to see him again and was very happy about his release. She heard a car drive into the compound; she knew it was Ike and Ade. Ade had volunteered to go and pick Ike up from the SSS office, and she was grateful to him for that.
