Zenith's Pov I stepped out of my room and closed the door behind me as quietly as possible. Once outside and finally free of my mate's spiked scent, I took a deep breath. Getting him out of the bathtub had taken more care than I expected. He had remained completely unconscious, body limp and warm against me as I lifted him. I dried him thoroughly, as much careful as I could, avoiding any rough movements that might jostle him.
