Chapter 8: Walls

I examined the bodies in front of me one by one. It was a terrifying sight. Some of them were disfigured, and others were severely tormented, as evidenced by visible wounds and bruises on their bodies. Some people have lost body parts or have their guts outside their bodies. A body has had its arms and legs severed by a chainsaw that is still lodged in its chest. They all died horribly, and whoever did this to them doesn't appear to have a conscience. It is cruel. Is this the kind of world I'll be living in from now on? Will I be a good leader for these types of people?

I couldn't stand looking at the lifeless bodies. It makes me sick to my stomach. They may have done awful things when they were still alive, but they are still humans, and they don't deserve to be tortured in this manner. I bolted from the scene and exited the building. My grandfather attempted to stop me, but he decided to let me go so I could get some fresh air. All of this revelation and information were too much fo
