It's been a long time since I last saw this cruel king in front of me. King Hydrae used to be my friend when we were younger. I don't know what happened to him. He turned beastly after he was crowned the king of Aqua Edis. I can still remember when he promised he wouldn't follow the cruelty of his father. But he turned out to be crueler.
