CHAPTER 11
Lever's point of view
We came across the building where I live. I'm still serious and haven't spoken yet in a while.
"I'm going home to Mama next week," I said seriously to Secretary Luke before I got out of the car.
I started walking inside the condominium building.
"You can't do that," Secretary Luke appealed and chased after me.
I stopped walking when I heard what Secretary Luke told me.
"Who are you for me to stop me?" I seriously asked him.
There aren't too many people here on the ground floor, but I don't care if anyone else can hear us argue.

Lever's point of viewI touched my lip while thinking about what happened to Kaycee and me, a smile gradually formed on my lips because of what happened earlier.I'm here in the living area, there's a blanket lying up to my chest, I'm lying on the sofa because Kaycee is in my room.It was midnight, but I was still awake. Youna's point of viewI raised my eyebrows at Lever walking away from me. Is he mad at me because I'm so gorgeous? I stopped my walk and fixed my uniform because the students here were looking at my beauty.Have they just seen the beautiful in their whole lives? I ignored them, I continued my walk to enter our classroom to study.They told me that I had to convince Lever to handle the business of what Uncle Rifle had left to him. I don't know why Lever doesn't want to accept their company, a lot of people dream of having such a company.I saw Joaquin walking towards me, but I immediately passed him because I didn't want to see an ugly face now. I went up to the second floor of the school building to enter our classroom.After class I will go to Lever, we need to date today. I know he loves me, he just doesn't want to admit it because he's ashamed of me, but I felt he had hidden desire in me. I'll make a way for him to admit that he loves me.

Lever's point of viewI sighed because they needed to talk to our guardian about what happened a while ago. I just came from the guidance office and I was holding the letter for Mama.Mama is not in Manila so how can she go to school. I'm here at the back of the school, there are only a few students here so it's good to stay in this place. Just quiet and no one is too visible.I looked at the blue sky. Did I come to Manila to find out how chaotic this place is?I heard the school bell ring, a sign that I needed to go back to our classroom. I grabbed my backpack and put it on me. I stood up, but when I turned around I immediately saw Youna standing not far from me.I averted my eyes from Youna, I was about to walk back to my room.

Lever's point of viewI looked at my tummy to make sure there was no wound there. I was able to follow Youno and I didn't know where he was going, but I was just following him.People were staring at us as we passed, but to Youno it just seemed like nothing.I looked at the bag I was holding, the bag that had saved me. We went out of the building to the outside of the school and there was a car waiting for us.Youno entered the passenger seat and I was in the back seat where Youna was still able to see the pain on her face.“Because of what happened I’m sure papa already knew what happened,” Youno said seriously to me from the passenger seat."Where will we go?"

Lever's point of viewYouna was still holding me as I walked toward the president's office.Every step I pass I look at the surroundings. This is where Mama worked, does that mean Papa also worked here?We stopped at a door with the name President Snipe Swaggerty written on it. I turned the doorknob so we could go inside and when I opened the door I saw Youno, Uris and President Snipe talking on his phone.He was sitting in the swivel chair and his angry face was obvious. President Snipe immediately noticed our presence as we finally entered his office.Youna suddenly let go of my arm and I watched her approach President Snipe."Papa!" Youna seemed to cry when she called President Snipe.

Lever's point of viewWhen I went out of the building there was a man waiting for me. Driver of President Uzi because President Uzi ordered him to send me home.I bent down, he couldn't see me. I started to walk away from him. I was able to go home alone because my condominium is close to the Arme building.I looked at the envelope I was holding. Why can't I show it to anyone, but I only know one thing, it's not an accident that everything happened.I remember Secretary Luke telling me that everything starts in business, but I just don’t understand what he means.I just kept walking until I could finally get away from the Arme building. I don’t have a holding phone, I can’t call Kaycee right now.

Lever's point of viewWhen I opened my room I stopped walking. I went back inside the room, I went to my closet to pick up the blue cap and put it on my head. I also got a surgical mask so no one would recognize me.I stared at the old mirror in my bedroom and looked to see if anyone could recognize me. I made sure I wasn’t recognizable in my outfit today before I started walking out the bedroom again.When I got out of my unit I took the elevator down the building. I adjusted my cap as the elevator stopped on the sixth floor and took the pen out of my pocket.I need to be alert because they just show up everywhere. I became alert when a man entered the elevator. I just look straight at the red number at the top of the elevator that says where we are on the floor.

Lever's point of view"Others pretend to know nothing, but you literally know nothing," Youno said to me as he turned away.I walked over to Youno to see what he was doing on the computer. I frowned at the burning bodies on the computer screen.Youno turned to me and pointed to his computer monitor. I averted my gaze from the monitor because of the burnt bodies that could no longer recognize the looks due to the burn."What's that?" I wondered about Youno."Rifle Winchester did that," Youno told me seriously.Because of what he said the questions re -formed in my brain."Papa killed those people?" I asked Youno in shock.
