CHAPTER 54

Wayne frowned when his eyes caught Leigh's quick run to the cafe bathroom. He even saw the laughing expression of the old woman as she came out, which is why he immediately worried for Leigh. Wayne immediately entered and waited for Leigh to come out of the comfort room. He waited for a few minutes until he heard the bathroom door close.

He ran when he saw Leigh leaning against the wall of the hallway, where she was obviously weak.

"Leigh, are you okay? Are you sick? Tell me!" Wayne immediately supported her, but Leigh quickly took back the hand that Wayne was holding; she shrugged it off.

"Don't touch me. I'm fine." Leigh refused him and quickly straightened up.

"You're not okay. You look so pale. What happened?" Wayne is worried about Leigh's condition.

'What happened to her? She was fine before I left her with that old woman.'

"I'll take you to the hospital," Wayne added.

"Don't. That's not necessary to do. I just want to go home." And Wayne didn't speak anym
