The meeting with Yi Jun went well and LanLan and I cancelled our audition plan because we can audition in another time while the opportunity of being with direct contact with the targets is very small, so we didn't let it pass.Yi Jun gave us the screenplay of the •Empress General• he also suggested that we read the novel itself. 

So we did. 

And LanLan and I was so captivated that we read all his three novels that was made into film.

•Empress General• is his first novel ever written so it is not as refined as the other two as he wrote it when he was still younger and inexperienced. But it's advantage is that it has a happy ending and the only happy ending among his later works. Even the •Tears Of The Water Spirit• and •Angel's Cry• is a tragedy story.

That's why the fans of the novel is so excited about the drama adaptation.

And our role is the fourth and fifth female lead, just a small role, the twin sister Feng Lien and Feng Lian, the Female Lead's trusted aide who fell in in love at first sight with the Emperor the moment their mistress and savior brought them to meet their mistress's beloved husband, the Emperor.

They want to stop their sprouting feelings but they always see the Emperor's care towards their mistress.

Guilt consumed them so when the time came that they want to redeem their selves of the guilt.

The war is the opportunity.

In the novel, they sacrificed their selves for the Female Lead and the Male Lead.

•Empress General• is a reborn story about an Empress who has many regrets in her past life. She was abandoned by her parents when she was but a new born baby however was later on adopted by the Left Prime Minister Ji Wang's Madam, Lin Cui. 

Madam Lin Cui was the legitimate and loving daughter of the Lin General's Manor, she were married for the Prime Minister for two years but still she didn't conceive any child even after the Prime Minister dotes on her every night. 

Her husband always comfort her that they will be bless, it's not just the right time yet. However, she can still feel her husband's feeling of wanting to have a child and his disappointment. She can also see her mother in-law's discontent and female servant's hidden disdain. She was fine with all of it but what break the last straw for her was when she heard her mother in-law will get her son a concubine and her husband approves of it because he can't disappoint his own mother. Even though it's normal for men to have a lot of women in his house, she still can't accept it.
