Chapter 33

Sean serves Dean the french toast he cooked which made Dylan raise his eyebrow. Avery and Dianne smile at each other while Stuart keeps a stern look on his face but then immediately softens when his wife gives a warning look.

“Hey, bff, I want some too.” Dylan said and was about to poke one by his fork but Sean slaps his hand away.

“Go make some for yourself, or better yet ask your fiance, it’s about time she makes use of what she learns in her cooking class.” Sean replied, which earned an exaggerated gasp from his best friend.

“I feel so betrayed but I’m not really surprised, you’ve both been like that to me, us ever since you dated, right, Cus?”

“Yeah, haha, if only Dean could bring your whole pantry to our house before, he would’ve done so.”

“No wonder I always find our pantry almost empty when I have just done some groceries.” Dianne laughs.

“I didn’t know you were dating Dean, I mean you never mentioned him. So what happened? You guys broke up? Did Dean cheat?” Asher butts in
