Seventeen

It's been approximately four days since a patient disappeared from her ward. Dr Phil rubbed the sore aches hitting his temples. Since the report of a missing mysterious female patient, who had zero identification about herself or her family, the security agencies had every worker in the clinic as a suspect.

He has been to countless interviews in the interrogation room to clear himself but for the umpteenth time, he was called again.

His legs trudged through the noisy crooked hallways housing various office cubicles of the different departments before reaching a familiar interrogation room. He pushed through the door to see a rather unsmiling face of an official, who seemed to care less about acknowledging his presence.

“Have your sit,“ He offers grimly, his eyes stuck to the files he studied.
