CHAPTER 2: Troika Academy

Looking at the whole campus, making me think it wasn't an ordinary campus. It was a big campus, bigger than human's campus.

"Hey. You're a transferee too right?" Some girl approach me.

"Yes." Wanna come to me? I'm on my way now to the gymnasium for the orientation.

For all new comers and transferee, they held an orientation. Good thing someone came over to me and ask me. I don't know where to find the gymnasium.

"We can sit here. Lets go." We sit in the middle row. Not far from the stage. This gymnasium looks like a soccer field.

"This is one big gymnasium huh. "

The girl giggle. " Well it's not a typical gymnasium. This is where packs practicing shifting. Also this is where will be having our attributes test. So it was needed to be big and wide."

Hmmm. Got that.

"Mic test. Good day new comers. Welcome to Troika Academy."

A middle aged man was the one speaking at the stage. His eyes we're red. I remember what mom said. Wolfs are divided into three types; Alpha, Beta, and Gamma. Red eyes for Alpha. Alpha is known for being the strongest of all packs. Alpha have a leader who ruled the wole packs even Beta. They choose the leader that has quite huge power and strength. Next to Alpha is a Beta. Beta have green eyes. Alpha leader chooses his own Beta who can be his right hand. If ever the Alpha has died and have no son who have the ability to take over the position, the chosen right hand Beta would be fit. Next is Gamma, the packs where I belong. Gamma is been an independent.

Mom said, when I was a baby, the Gamma is a rival of Alpha. Gamma wanted to take over the Alpha. Gamma build a rebelion and begin a war. My real mom decided to take me away for me not to be involved and hurt. They gave me to my mom and dad. Their only trusted human friend.

Unfortunately, my mom and dad died in war. But the Gamma didn't win. They surrender. When the leader has change. They proclaim that there's no more revolution. Because the leader of the revolution has died.

But Gamma remain independent. Mom said my parents is not one of those revolutionary. Gamma Rebelion is different from other Gamma. Gamma Ona is a kind of Gamma that current regime have.

"I like you all to meet. The next leader of Alpha. Knight Fuentes."

The whole gymnasium is occupied by the scream of students, specifically ladies. A young man stand up at the front. He didn't go to the stage but the speaker gave him the mic.

"Welcome to all new comers and transferee like me. May we have a great batch ahead."

The crowd filled the gymnasium once again with over flowing scream. Even the girl beside is one of them. Is it required to fantasized the crown Alpha?

"Maybe you haven't seen the crown Alpha yet right?"

"Yes. I haven't."

"If you will see him personally, you know what we're feeling. He is really one good looking man." Really? Maybe some other time.

The orientation ended. We will not have a class for 1 week. Every new comers have 1 week break before they begin classes. Troika has same academic like school of humans. But Troika has special subject. It is a subject for our skills. This is a subject where we are being trained.

Troika is not just a school. Because we are required not to leave the promisory, Troika build an apartment near the main school. There's also a market near the apartment. If you will think about it, Troika is like a city. Everything you see in a community can be seen here either.

My apartment number was on my id. Number 307. I hope that my unit has beautiful space. Ugh, I miss my room already.

The girl I'm with earlier left me when the orientation ended. I didn't have a chance to know her name. But I hope we see each other again. She's a Gamma too. So, atleast, I can be friend with her.

Mom and dad remind me not to be involve with other packs. And I should never tell anyone I grew up with mortals.

Good thing everything here is for free. But I guess some packs are born with a silver spoon. Some have cars, motors, so I guess werewolfs have social status too.

"Hey miss." Someone touch me from behind. I turned around and saw a man standing in front of me.

"You drop this." I look at what he's giving me.

"Oh my! My necklace." I took my necklace. Calix gave this to me on my birthday last year.

I looked at the man.

"Thank you." And I turned around. Good thing someone saw it. I will feel bad if I ever lost it. Calix apply for a part time just to buy me this one.

"Miss!" I look again to the man that returned my necklace.

"See you again." After that, he turned around and walk away.

Weird.

I reached my apartment. I can say that I have a nice unit. It is bigger than my room cause this one have a kitchen and living room area.

I wouldn't have problem with my meal because this building provided a meal for all students. But if we want to cook our own meal, we are free to do it.

I lay down my bed. I stare at the ceiling. Everything seems to be a dream. One day, I found out I'm not my parents real daughter. Other than that, I'm not a human. I'm a werewolf. And know, I am return to where I'm really belong. I'm with my other packs. But yet, I feel alone. I feel I don't belong here.

And I wonder, if dad and mom already gave the letter to Calix. Mobile phone is not allowed here. If it wasn't, my life will be much less easier.

I'm here now at the canteen of our apartment, I'm having now my peaceful dinner when the canteen was filled by the loud scream of student.

All the students look at the entrance as if they were waiting for some celebrity to come in.

I didn't bother to wait who will it be. I just continue eating. The dishes here is not different from what we eat outside.

I guess werewolfs is not really that different from humans, except for the fact that we shift to wolf.

I'm on the middle of my meal when someone put down their plate in front of me. I look at him. There I saw the man who returned my necklace.

"Oh. You again." I said while pointing at him.

"Yes it's me again. Would you mind me sharing table with you?" Why bother asking me if he already sitting with me.

I just shrugged and continue eating. But I can't focus on my dinner because I can sense the stare of all students here. What's there problem?

I look at everyone. They are looking at here. Some are looking at me, some are looking at this man in front of me.

"Excuse me. Why are they looking us? It bothers me."

The man look at the crowd. Then he look at me.

"I don't know." What's the problem with these people, oh crap they aren't people.

"Oh my gosh! Why is Knight sitting with her? She's a Gamma right?"

Knight? This man in front of me? Sounds familiar.

Knight

Knig...

Kni....

Knight Fuentes?????

"You are Knight Fuentes? The crown Alpha?"

Knight look at me smiling and then nod.

"I told you, we'll gonna see each other again."

"Of course. We're all living here right now. Anyway, why are you sitting with me? Don't you know what commotion you putting me in to?"

"I'm used at being staring and root of all commotion." The nerve of this guy.

"Well I'm not. I don't know what your into, but there's many vacant seat. So next time, don't do this again."

"Why making it a big deal of me sharing a table with you? Can't you see how many girls at being envy with you right now?"

"Then why don't share with those girls?"

"You know what, I'm finding you interesting. I guess we can be good friend to each other."

" I'm not planning on having a friend here. I want a peaceful life until I finish here."

I stood up. I'm done eating. I want to go for another round but I can't take the eyes that is on me anymore.

"What's your name?" Knight asked me.

"Find out." And then I leave him. He found me interesting? Well I found him so annoying. That man full of his guts. I don't know why he is entitled to be the next leader.

Well yeah, the girl with me on orientation is right. He is quite a good looking man.
