"Oh, you're back!" Mom exclaimed when she saw Mirco and I entered the living room. "You're just in time for dinner! Let's go, they're already inside."
As we trailed behind her, we could already hear the loud chatterings and laughter of our friends inside the dining area. The twin's laugh overpowered the rest of the laughter.
"Hey, Av! Mirco! You're here," Marrah muttered upon seeing us. "Come sit here, Av!"
I glanced at Mirco before heading in Marrah's direction, sitting beside her. She smiled knowingly at me once I settled beside her.
"What?" I asked, forehead creased in confusion.
