Why did the Lycan King come here? I did not know at all and I did not have any desire to know. He left me and chose Lady Beatrice so I am assuming that he did not care about me. At all.

But nevertheless, finding me here without anyone aiding him was something worthy.

The Lycan King was all alone. In this stinky alley. Without any bodyguards. Or maybe it was hiding, waiting for the right opportunity to strike if someone attempted to harm him.

Anyone in their right mind would not do this reckless act.

Why would they if they knew they would be killed right away?

Hurting the king meant they were ready to die. Who knows? His bodyguards might be all over the place. Hiding.
