The dance went on until an hour before the moon had reached its peak. We all started to move to the meadow that we were going to use for this event. I have noticed that some adults have already shifted and are standing in the trees around the meadow, almost like guarding the ones that will be experiencing their first shift tonight.

I can see Zurig leading against a tree, is he trying to stay up? Or at least on his two feet? Is he drunk or did the drug finally work? I can see Sandy standing close by him. Watching his every move. She isn’t even trying to hide it at this point that she is expecting something to happen with him.

This will probably be the reason why I can't trust females. Well, I am no better. I could have stopped him from drinking it since I saw her doing something to his drinks. In my defense, I don’t think he would have believed me, since I am just a rogue in everyone’s eyes. And I don’t believe he would follow my advice.
