Eryn's POV

I have to say that was an interesting conversation with Kaycie earlier.  I know it shocked us to find out that Brett may have a younger sibling out there.  I had already looked into his dad.  There really wasn’t much there.  The guy was a douche.  I did feel sad though.  I found out that he had died of cancer when Brett was 19.  I will probably tell Brett when all this is over.  I know they didn’t have much of a relationship, but it is still his dad and he has a right to know.  I was still researching his mother.  She was a bit harder to zero in on.  The name she had used on her marriage certificate was not her real name.  I have a feeling that is what Brett’s parents fought about.  I believe that his dad found out that she lied about her name.
